Senior Manager of Data Strategy and Insights

Myrtha (she/they) comes from a long history of student- and family-facing services in immigration advocacy, college access, and student affairs. As a data nerd, Myrtha believes in using numbers and metrics to paint a more holistic picture of the needs and success of underrepresented students in the Bay Area. Before joining SRA, Myrtha completed an Education Master’s from Harvard University, focusing on higher education, research methods, and data analysis. She also holds a B.A. in Geography from UC Berkeley. Myrtha enjoys playing basketball, exploring new places to eat, and being a plant parent.
