Career Development Program Lead

Morgan is a multilingual youth development professional with over a decade of experience supporting low-income BIPOC communities. She is passionate about making sure that people have the resources that they need to thrive despite systemic barriers. After spending most of her life in California, Morgan headed to McDaniel College in Maryland where she received her Bachelor’s in Spanish. She then proceeded to do a Fulbright Teaching Assistantship in Panama. In her free time, you can find Morgan binge-watching dramas, reading BIPOC speculative fiction, and learning languages.
