College Admissions Counselor and Black Student Experience Specialist

After more than a decade of experience in college admissions, Brooke comes to Students Rising Above with the belief that there’s a great college for every student. She’s worked in the admissions offices of a wide variety of colleges and universities, from the UC’s (UC Santa Cruz) to small liberal arts colleges (Oberlin College) to specialized design colleges (ArtCenter College of Design). She’s helped thousands of students and their families navigate the application and financial aid process to ensure a happy and successful transition to college.

Brooke is passionate about the magic that happens when the right student and the right college come together, and brings that enthusiasm to her role as College Admissions Counselor at Students Rising Above.
