College Admissions Counselor and Black Student Experience Specialist

After more than a decade of experience in college admissions, Brooke comes to Students Rising Above with the belief that there’s a great college for every student, and that every student deserves equal access to education and opportunity.

She’s worked in the admissions offices of a wide variety of colleges and universities, from the University of California to small liberal arts colleges to specialized design colleges. She’s helped thousands of students and their families navigate the application and financial aid process to ensure a happy and successful transition to college.

Brooke is passionate about breaking down the barriers that stand between students and higher education, and brings that enthusiasm to her role as College Admissions Counselor and Black Student Experience Specialist at Students Rising Above.
