Director of Product Innovation

Leonard Medlock is a lifelong learner and social entrepreneur focused on addressing structural barriers faced by underrepresented students and communities. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, and a M.A. in Learning, Design and Technology from the Stanford Graduate School of Education. Leonard has spent the better part of his career working with school districts and nonprofits on school model redesign, edtech product evaluation, leadership development, and advancing youth entrepreneurship. He has also spent nearly a decade coaching and advising social entrepreneurs and social enterprise startups involved in education, workforce development and criminal justice reform. Leonard lives with his partner and child in Oakland, CA.
