Institutional Giving Manager

Patricia “Pat” Dalao is an experienced non-profit development professional, bringing four years of experience in nonprofit work—three of which were dedicated to individual and event fundraising, grant writing, and corporate/donor relations. Her background includes working at a youth homeless shelter during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she honed her capabilities in crisis intervention, family reunification, front-line service provision, leadership, and community-centered initiatives. 

In her role as Institutional Giving Manager, she enhances SRA’s corporate and grant funding. In collaboration with the Development and Communications, Data, Program, and Finance teams, she supports efforts to collect program stories to inform SRA’s data, and engages with current and prospective grant and corporate funders to maximize opportunities and maintain strong partnerships. She leverages her skills in cultivating relationships, surpassing fundraising goals, and collaborating with our esteemed corporate and foundation partners to further the success of the students we serve. Pat is also a committed member of the Association for Fundraising Professionals (AFP) IDEA Fellowship cohort of 2024, where she hopes to one day give back to her community and be a fundraising mentor.
