Director of Social Enterprise and Partnerships

A first-generation college student and child of immigrants, William (he/him) majored in East Asian Languages and Cultures at UC Berkeley and later researched educational technology applications at Stanford’s Graduate School of Education. Professionally, William’s teaching experiences span from teaching Kindergarten to a decade of mentoring students through the college/graduate school application process, as well as founding an educational consulting company and IoT smart toy called Codi. William’s career is guided by his deep belief in educational equity, and how those opportunities can be scaled to serve more students. After almost a decade abroad, William currently resides in San Francisco with his partner and dog, happy that he’s finally within walking distance to his favorite noodle shops.
