From Hotel Management to Human Resources

For this episode of How I Made My Path, we’re joined by SRA Board member, Dipti Sirisinahal. Dipti is a Lead People Partner at Google and is responsible for setting the talent strategy and people priorities for Google’s Chrome Operating System Organization. Her passion revolves around creating work cultures that are innovative, diverse, equitable and inclusive. Prior to joining Google, Dipti worked across various industries including consumer products, hospitality, financial servies, and most recently technology as their human resources business partner and leadership coach. Dipti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management, a Bachelor of Business Admin, and a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relationsions.
