Rose Allen is the Senior Manager of College Success at SRA where she oversees the organization’s virtual college and career advising team and programs. Rose’s journey towards working in education began while studying Spanish Linguistics and Dance at Sonoma State University, during which time she worked as a tutor for high school English Language Learners and discovered her passion for supporting students. She later served as a Career Pathways Coach and Tutor at John Muir Charter School before joining SRA as a College & Career Advisor. Drawing from her own experiences in navigating college, Rose is committed to guiding students as they carve out their unique paths in academics, career, and self-discovery. Outside of work, Rose enjoys traveling, spending time with her partner and dog, and deepening her practice as both a yoga student and teacher.
