Jenni is a Bay Area native and passionate advocate for educational equity and student success. She is a first-generation alumna of the University of Redlands, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies, with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Before joining SRA, Jenni worked at Beyond 12 as a College Coach, supporting students across four-year universities, community colleges, and re-entry pathways. She provided academic, career, and socio-emotional support while helping students navigate their educational journeys. She also brings community outreach experience from her work with an early education center, supporting families and connecting them with community resources. As a College & Career Advisor on the SOAR team, Jenni is excited to continue supporting students as they explore their college and career goals. Having grown up in East Palo Alto and experienced the impact of multiple supportive educational programs firsthand, she is especially passionate about meeting students where they are and supporting them to build pathways toward their goals.
