Development and Communications Director

Sabir Muhammad is SRA’s new Director of Communications and Development. He is an Alumni of the University of California – Riverside, where he studied Public Policy and Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining the team he worked as a Senior Advisor in Congress, drafting and negotiating numerous bills focused on child welfare, education, and workforce development. Most recently, Sabir served as the Associate Director of Development for a donor fund & political R&D firm focused on using data and scientific research to effectively invest in campaigns and other political endeavors.
