College & Career Advisor

Michelle Chang joined SRA as a College & Career Advisor for the Hub in 2017. She was born and raised in the Bay Area and graduated from UC Berkeley, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Education. It was at UC Berkeley where she discovered her passion for working with youth from underserved communities. She went on to get her Master of Science in Counseling from San Francisco State University with a specialization in School Counseling. Over the years, Michelle has worked as a middle and high school counselor, grief support leader, college access advisor, and external application reader for UC Berkeley. Some of her favorite things include exploring the outdoors, traveling and learning about new cultures, finding good eats at local restaurants, and cheering on the Warriors, Niners, and Cal Bears.
