Kendall Jaramillo joined SRA in 2014 and is passionate about her position as Volunteer and Communication Coordinator and Student Advisor. She grew up in the Bay Area and studied International Political Economics at Colorado College, completing some undergraduate work in London and Argentina. After graduating, she moved to Japan to teach English and discovered her interest in educational counseling. Upon returning to the Bay Area, she worked at several nonprofit after school programs while pursuing her Master’s in Counseling Psychology at USF and a College Counseling Certificate program through UCLA. She is passionate about college counseling and supporting first generation students in achieving their educational goals. In her free time, Kendall enjoys exploring new hiking trails in Marin with her husband, son and their dog, Booker.
